* Estimated Delivery: All stated production and delivery windows are estimates only. While we strive to meet timelines, actual delivery dates may vary based on production queues and logistics.
* Delivery Site Access: It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that the designated delivery location provides adequate clearance, space, and safe physical access for the transit and proper installation of the furniture.
8. Shipping & Logistics

9. Cancellation Rights
* Standard Window: Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement, provided that the physical production process has not yet commenced.
* Custom Orders: Customized, bespoke, or specially made-to-order furniture pieces cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once the manufacturing process has officially begun.
10. Returns, Damages & Refunds

Customers are required to thoroughly inspect all packages immediately upon delivery and report any visible transit damage or discrepancies to our customer care team within 48 hours of receipt.
